Alan – Director
Alan has been sailing Amigo’s Boat Trips and its vessels since the age of 18, with the same passion and dedication with which his father, Darío, began this adventure more than forty years ago.
Detail-oriented and a tireless worker, he leads the company while preserving the family spirit and love for the sea that have always defined the brand.
Rai – Skipper
From a young age, Rai felt a special connection with the sea. His passion began alongside his grandfather, s’avi Siscu, with whom he went fishing and explored the coast of Menorca.
Passionate about sailing and surfing, he studied to become a Coastal Skipper at the Nautical School of Pasaia.
He has been part of the Amigo’s Boat Trips team since 2017, where he started as a trainee and is now a key pillar of the organisation and one of the skippers of Bora Bora Dos and Amigo’s.
Toni – Skipper
Yuyi, as his family and everyone on board call him, is Menorcan by birth and has loved climbing since childhood.
A few years ago, he decided to study to obtain the Offshore Skipper qualification, and since then the sea has taken up an increasingly important place in his life.
After completing his required sea hours, he became a skipper on Amigo’s, where he enjoys the sea and his island every single day.
Andreu - Deckhand
Our youngest deckhand is already an Offshore Skipper and is studying at the Faculty of Nautical Studies in Barcelona to become a Merchant Marine Officer.
From an early age, he knew he wanted to dedicate his life to the sea. There, like any true Menorcan, he feels at home, and every day is a challenge and a surprise.
Alice - Deckhand / Public Relations
A free and restless spirit, always smiling or dancing with joy, she loves sharing the magic that Menorca has to offer.
She wears two hats: one as part of the commercial team and another as a crew member. On land, she organises events, celebrations, incentive trips and group outings on the boat; at sea, she is part of the crew, accompanying you on every excursion.
Natalia – Marketing & Sales Manager
Born in Argentina and Menorcan at heart, Natalia has lived and worked in Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Barcelona and Menorca. Passionate about communication, she combines her experience in tourism with her love for the island and the sea.
She loves travelling, discovering new places and practising aerial silks and harness dance, disciplines that reflect her energy and creativity.
Cris – Public Relations
Cris, the most experienced member of the team, has been part of Amigo’s Boat Trips since 2012 and continues to work with the same enthusiasm as on her first day. She loves talking to people, creating a warm atmosphere and making every visitor feel welcome.
Outside of work, she enjoys painting, travelling and walking the Camí de Cavalls and the beaches of Menorca with her son Izan.
Madelon – Public Relations
Born in the Netherlands but with her heart in Menorca, Madelon has been part of the Amigo’s Boat Trips team for many years.
She is passionate about her work, languages (she speaks 6) and connecting with people every day.
Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, walks, friends and, above all, spending time with her two children.
